Nathalie is an amazing realtor, and I don’t think any review could do her justice! Her performance as our realtor far exceeds any previous real estate experience we’ve had. Having bought/sold 7 houses in my lifetime, I can honestly say, she is the best realtor I’ve ever had! She has so many wonderful qualities as a person, they only enhance her skills as a realtor. She has shown kindness and compassion, when I was overwhelmed and at my wit’s end, by helping me find contractors to complete the final touches on our house before being able to list it.  She showed her intellect/knowledge of real estate and her “can do” attitude by enlisting help from any and all necessary people to assist in formulating and executing a plan to price and sell our unique, antique property, a renovated 1914 farmhouse.  She is trustworthy, dependable, and responsible. We left town and turned our home over to her, which she cared for as her own, and were rewarded with an offer only 2-3 days later. She is a wonderful communicator, conscientious, and... a closer.  She kept us apprised of all showings, feedback, interest, offers, the timeline for closing, and exhibited superior negotiations over the repair addendum… all while facilitating an earlier than scheduled closing- during the start COVID. We could not have asked for more or better. We couldn’t and wouldn’t dream of trusting anyone else to be our realtor; she is the best!

This is a simple review to write… Nathalie is a real estate super-hero! Who can beat that? No one. She helped us to sell our last house and find our new home. She is an exceptional communicator and kept us apprised of all listings and information with lightning speed.  She is super-upbeat/positive, defending us from sinking into the chaotic world of an early COVID real estate market. In a seller’s market, wrought with few listings and multiple offers/bidding wars, she was super-creative and helped us to make sure our offer was strong. Negotiation is one of her many super-strengths, enabling her to show us how to leap above other offers and work with the sellers to secure our dream home. She is focused and persistent; she sees the home buying process through with her clients across every step from start to finish, leaving no stone unturned.  After closing Nathalie stayed in touch to see that we moved in and were happy and healthy in the process.  We highly recommend her and plan to use her again in the future.
